How long does the process takes?
Initial concepts will be delivered to you with in 2-5 days depending upon your package. For each revision round requested it would take 1-2 days.

What is a redraw session?
If in any case you don’t like the initial concepts provided by our designers we will provide you a fresh design with the newly updated details you have provided.

How many changes can i ask for?
You can ask for any number of changes bundled together in every round of revision.

What if I have my own idea for the company logo?
Please send us any ideas you have, this will help our designers to create the logo to your satisfaction.

Who will own the rights to my new logo design?
Once you have paid for the project in full and receive the final files, you own 100% rights to the final logo design. Our company owns the rights to the rejected concepts. However we may use the design for promotional purpose unless notified otherwise.
This does not protect you from someone else copying your logo design when you start using it. We advise you to trademark your logo with the authorities concerned.

What formats will I receive?
We will provide you with high resolution files for both digital and print purpose. This will include including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, .eps, .pdf, .tiff, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, and .png. also we will provide you all the fonts used in you logo design.

What color format do you provide the logos in?
We provide the logo in CMYK as well as RGB colors.

What is the difference between a "redraw" and a "revisions"?
Revisions are changes made to your logo concepts with regards to color, size, font or building upon the design at hand. A redraw however, means designing a new set of logo concepts based on the feedback you provide us.

If you don’t contact us for money back and choose to continue with redraw and revision your money back policy will be void and we will continue with the logo design process until you are satisfied.
