Once you have selected a logo design package, please click on order now and continue with the payment process. Carefully fill out the order form and provide us with the correct information required for the logo designing process.
After you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email of your logo design service order.
Within 24 hours of your order placement you will be contacted by our Project Manager exclusively signed to take care of your needs. Our representative will gather information of your logo designing requirements and will help you throughout the logo designing process.
You will be receiving the first draft of your company logo design within the time frame specified on your package. The first draft will include initial custom logo concepts created for you by our logo designers (between 1 to 6 depending upon your package).
Review the designs and sort out 1 or 2 concept that appeals you the most and provide us with any changes you would like to see (such as color, layout, graphics, font, text etc).
If in any case you don’t like our custom logo design concepts, you can either contact your Project Manager for redraw session or ask for a refund (Money Back Policy is not applicable for standard logo design package).
If you don’t contact us for money back policy at this point of time, you money back policy will be void and we will continue with the logo design process until you are satisfied.
If you have asked for a redraw session (complete new logo concept) we will present to you 1/2 more set of logo concept (depending upon your logo design package) with the latest updated changes or instructions you have provided for your logo design.
Revision process is done to refine the logo design and customizing the initial draft to the exact specification to fulfill your requirement and achieve 100% satisfaction out of the logo design.
After you have finalize your logo design with our Project Manager will send you an email that will include your finalize logo design in various file formats within 24 hours (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF, .JPEG, .GIF, .BMP, .PNG).
Logo Design Gear releases the right to you, so that you may trade mark your logo design. However we reserve the right to utilize your logo design in our portfolio, marketing materials and other campaigns. |
